maybe not , but the government does . under the 2007 homegrown radicalization and terrorist act ( sec1955d ) the government , without a warrant saves every , picture , text , instgram , tweet , IM , facebook , youtube , this question and answer , etc , from who , to who , and when , FOREVER , for later use against you .

look it up , scary huh ?
