I cant get my mail and not sining up my facebook becoz facebook send me code and i cant get my mail?

If you try to create a new facebook account then you just create a new mail account and use that to sign up.

Else if you already have a Facebook and you unable to sign in cause of facebook security verification then send that Verification Code to your mobile by using your mobile number.

simple as that.
