You're Blocked from Sending Friend Requests for 14 Days?

my fb won't allow me to log in in it says i am temporarily locked.
After ticking (I understand that sending friend requests to people who don't know me could cause me to be permanently blocked.) it says me to cancel pending requests, i did but then it wont open my account and this error:

(Pending Friend Requests Canceled

Remember that you should only send friend requests to people you have a real-world connection with, like friends, family, classmates and coworkers and people you know personally.

and after this i can't do anything except logging out.
Please help I've tried opening my account in other browsers. also tried changing password but it didn't work.

this problem is not solved since yesterday.

plzzzz help.
