take like "artsy" pics and hashtag #artsy because that will come up on a lot of peoples discovers or whatever and also people can get a lot of likes on good looking food. I know that sounds dumb but its true. Also try using filters to make your pictures look cooler and the hashtag #summer will probably come up on discover a lot. try following more people as well.
