hi, when you have a problem like this one call your internet provider they will ask you some important questions to make sure that you are really you then they will take control of your computer and fix it for you in your accounts and then go in on safe mode to your account and you will see your password and user name then you can get online again. this is a tough one because if someone wanted to hack into your computer this is how that they could do it just explain to tech support what has happened they will tell you how to fix this problem or take control and fix it for you then send it to you via e-mail. good luck I hope I was helpful to you
