I got blocked from sending friend requests it says "You're Blocked From Sending Friend Requests for 7 Days

Other" so i clicked all 4 of them everytime and nothing,well anyway i clicked other and next i clicked okay as i agree and then the last message and i clicked "next" and it keeps saying "try again later" I did and it keeps saying it!!!
