You Dont Need to Contact Facebook to Change your Name

Go to Account Settings Where it Says Name Hit Change

And Enter in your New Name Than Save it

Please Note Tho if you Changed your Name More than 3 Times Facebook Will Not Allow you To Change it Again

You have to Use your Real Name At All Times you Can Not Make Up Any Fake Names
