You should relax... It sounds very obsessive of you: "I want to know though is if it's possible that she's not online at all and actually in an area with no signal at al like she says." It's pretty creepy to go out and keep tabs and that's coming from a possessive person. I'm very possessive and I understand your need to know because you don't want to look like a fool but just calm down. She probably does have signal coming on and off but never enough to keep a conversation going so she doesn't bother. That or maybe she needs space. People need space to recollect themselves. You should take this time to wok on yourself and build up your trust again because these are minor things you're taking way too close to heart.
