Okay so most people like to follow people who follow them, like most of their photos and leave a comment on their photos and mostly on instagram people don't always get a lot of comments on their photos. Just search up a specific tag e.g. swag (stupid word I know) and then click each photo, like it and comment. I know this is a long and boring way but it's one of the best ways and if you really want more followers, here you go Smile
