Someone is stalking me on twitter! Help?

Okay so I randomly followed people on twitter who likes kpop and theres this girl who followed me back and started chatting with me. Then I replied back (cause she might think i'm mean or something) then I started ignoring her because I don't like talking to strangers that much. And she started mentioning me with her friends and I got scared. So I blocked her, changed my profile to private, changed my Name, username, and picture. Then the next day she tweeted a pic titled "Handsome" IT WAS MY NEW PICTURE THAT I CHANGED!!! :/// she's muslim and from indonesia I just don't know there religion because who knows she might take my picture and curse it or something (Lord hopefully not) btw i'm Catholic.

So yeah how do I permanently block her from my twitter so she won't see my pictures and stuff? Or how do I REMOVE the picture that she tweeted???? How how howww I need help pleaseeee thanks.
