My boyfriend always blocks me from facebook and his phone whenever we get into a fight or something dumb?

He has me blocked from Facebook now and his phone. Whenever we get into a fight, he blocks me on everything. Well everything was going great, we hung out Saturday and then I went home. On Monday I asked him to hang out since it was Labor Day and he said "No sorry, I am sure you will find something else to do." Then I said, "This is why I don't think you are interested in me." Because it is always me asking him to hang out, and it seems like I always have to beg him. He says he loves me so much and cares about me, but acts like this?
