If you're talking about getting a new phone? I believe you can just purchase the phone and call Verizon. BUT, you may need your parents with the account security password and have your parents verify that they may speak to you, regarding your phone upgrade. Otherwise, if you're using the contract upgrade, you'll most likely need your parents.
