I am admin of a page on Facebook, Iam the creator.. but there is other managers, can they delete me?

Daniel speaks the truth, I just got done experiencing it myself. Luckily there was still one person left as admin that i knew on the page who had the ability to add me back. But anyone can delete anyone in the make admins page. So be very careful who you let in. They even deleted the owner of the page, which i thought could not be done, before today that is,
