In my opinion, there could be many reasons to take on this situation. However, you were trying to be nice to her, and you did apologize to her.
I would say that you should be the bigger person, and keep her on your facebook page. Just for the fact that you are showing her that this doesn't hurt you (even though it obviously does).
If she doesn't wanna accept your apology, that is her choice, but she's not worth unfriending, because she's gonna see you as a chicken, which you're not.
