Don't be that person that wants many likes on his page, you'll be seen as too desperate.
And next time, give some background information, I don't know if you're talking about a company, or just your own human facebook page. Either way, you don't need that many likes. But, if you really want to, ask people for likes, or tell them you'll do something funny or stupid if you get x amount of likes on your page. In a company, say that you'll give away something to a random person in the like-group if you get x amount of likes.
'edit': and don't start with a like-amount that is way too high. If you try to get 1000000 likes when you now still have 100, no one will listen to you.
