1. SMS friends about your new FB page.

2. If you have website or blog, show FB box on it (copy code from facbeook.com/share)

3. If you account on other social sites like twitter, pinterest - post about fb page there.

4. On FB page itself, post interesting updates to get more eyeballs.

5. Comments on other websites and even other fb pages for more visibility - and possibly more likes.
