Follow someone with lots of friends. Like a shoutout account and look up all their followers, and follow every one of them lol. Also write on the bib thingy that you follow back, it makes people more tempted to follow you. Also, if you want, like some pics after you follow someone, it makes you stand out a little. Anddd use #hashtags in your pics.
But following a lot of people you don't know gets really annoying. All you see is shoutouts and miss out on seeing your real friends updates! Ha.
