Yes absolutely.

It would be a lot easier to get there if you stop giving the goverment dominion over all aspects of society. For example I see no reason at all why the government needs to sanction marriage in the first place. For some ppl its a religious act, for some its not however as long as its between 2 consenting ppl there is no reason anyone should have to "run it by the government" for approval.
