Go out with your friends, or jsut get out, try not to stay alone, also try watching some documentaries on Tv, they can warm you up for study. Try finde a substitute, so you can forget about facebook, a good example is an educational website, lie one that hosts a database full of documentaries. Also, have you tried wikiHow, its prety usefull. http://www.wikihow.com/Quit-Facebook
