How do I get likes on my Facebook page?

So me and my friends have this FB page with loads of funny pics (although I seem to do all the work which bugs me, but then again I started it) Anyway, I have like 33 likes, and people don't seem to like it when I comment on other pics of other pages so I dunno what to do. I invited all my friends but only 14 like it, I've shared it and everything, please don't say pay for advertising because I can't. Also I don't want to use special websites that promise to get more likes thanks.
