Can I download facebook messages to my cell phone,, accessing them without effecting the not seen yet status..?

Sorry, don't quite understand your questions.

I don't know if you the message you get via your text message in your phone or via email that you open in your phone, will flag the sender as you have read it, if that is you're asking.

As for storing your message on your phone or computer, so you can read it anytime offline and even after you later deleted,
➤ Go to Account Setting ➤ General Settings ➤ at the bottom you'll see "Down a copy of your FB data", click it ➤ Follow through...
