How I could change my Facebook name?

When I was younger I used to change my name to stupid things like adding a celebrity's name as my middle name. Well I basically used up my name changes. I want to put my middle name into my name because I really love it. I have almost 2,000 Facebook friends and I would rather not create a new Facebook. It literally has everything on it. I heard that you can send them requests so that they can let you change your name. How is this done? How do I send them name change requests??
