If I visit a Facebook page, page owner knows my profile and also how many I vistied his/her page. Is it true?

There is no way to show the visitors for the FB Owner, and FB not allowing it because of some security reason.
there are some pages which offers you to know who was visited/view your profile by getting access and some information from you. so do not believe on such pages as it may cause problem as hacking your account or making some miscellaneous actions.
