Hi Pearl,

You can try resetting your modem and router as there may be a small problem with your internet connection. Resetting your internet connection is very simple and most of the time fixes small problems with your internet connection.


To do this, do the following:

• Unplug your modem and router for 30 seconds.
• Re-connect your modem first and make sure all lights, if any, are on and are all the same solid color. (No blinking)
• Re-connect your router second and make sure all lights, if any, are on and are all the same solid color. (No blinking)
