Psych majors: what kind of personality makes up about you and pretends they're your best friend?

Seriously, freaky. This is a person who made up stuff about people in middle and highschool, including about me. She got me dumped from three different relationships I was in, but none of those who dumped me would say why... But, anytime you'd ask her, she'd tell you DeAdPan that she didn't say anything, acting totally clueless. But, then, act like your truest comrade...
So... many years from highschool now and friends w/ her on Facebook (unfriended her 3 times for fear my dirty laundry would be, well, laundered or fabricated and laundered, whatever...) and found she stopped talking w/ a ex friend of mine who she'd made out to be a very unsanitary person, also acting as though she'd no interest in talking w/ me...

Determinedly, I found this old friend through another from highschool, she asked me if she'd told me she said "hi" many times from her... I said "no"..."never"... Come to find out, she'd told her I was schizophrenic (seeing "bugs on the wall" and putting aluminum tape on things?) I had seborrheac dermatitis, it causes scabs to come off when shampooing and on the shower walls... I had to laugh. She also told her that I'd joined a "cult", more specifically, a laundry cult... I do a meditation that I highly value... I went to live where people go to learn the lifestyle of it. I told her that I had never been taught basic skills as a child and that I also had a disability, and that a person there helped me learned the basics of folding my own clothes as well as towels. Not a laundry cult.

So,... now reunited w/ my former friend and we've both been duped by this person way too many years after highschool (let's just say one reunion has passed and another is not far off)...

Barring the fact that I shouldn't have continued speaking w/ her (but we ALL did back then, she seemed so sincere) and shouldn't have her on my Facebook (I thought time would change her). What the heck kinda condition does she have? Is it like Cybil, or what... b/c she's told me things about other people that I knew from high school... Now, I'm doubting these things as well (as well I should)...

Wow... This is sounding like her... I wonder if I should remove her from my Facebook page, I mean, I block my posts from her (again and now). I had spoken with her about some health issues (she's in the health field, to a certain degree), she was quite helpful, actually, but it scares me what she may make up about these things... Yeesh! I feel duped now for years! And, I'm angry that I never got to speak to my friend this whole time!
