Maybe since he's the boss, he wants his staff to be more professional instead of all friendly, or too overtly friendly.

Why do young people get upset if one of their "friends" on Facebook don't "like" their comments or pictures. That's really immature. I have so many friends on there and in less than an hour I have over 100 posts. I can't and won't scan them all. I have games to play. Screw those who post every minute on what color of underwear they have on.
