I think asking her to grab a coffee is a great idea. It will let her know that you are still interested, and it will give you the opportunity to gauge whether or not she feels the same. If she doesn't agree to make the effort to meet up then i'd probably just leave it there and move on. If you do get together then I think you need to make that where you stand with eachother is made clear
