In both our religions, what she is doing is very very wrong. But exposing her directly would likely only have the effect of making her run deeper into it. Does she look up to you? Try to hint that kind of behavior and why it's bad. Talk about your "friend" from college who got into trouble because she did that kind of stuff, and it ruined her life. Mention how differently your parents raised you, and how thankful you both should be. Guide her as best you can. I do not envy you the task. Tell your mother privately if your guidance doesn't work. Tell her what you already tried and why, she will likely know how best to handle it.
