Tht doesn't mean girl 1 is a stage 5 clinger. she just really likes you but I guess it could mean that too. I don't really know her personality like you do so you could be right, but I just leave everything to destiny. if it's meant for you to be with girl 1, then girl two won't message her and if she does then maybe yall can work it out and if yall can't, then yall weren't meant to be but I think you should definatley stop playing these girls and find a girl you are really interested in wher you don't have to play two. I don't know if the girl is going to tell girl 1 but maybe you just made your decision easier when trying to choose between the two
