i think somebody's trying to deceive me?

ok, there's this girl on facebook who is from africa. she sent me a message that said she wanted to get to know me. she left her email address. i emailed her. in her reply, she said her parents were kiled in a civil war and she's living in a refuge camp in a neighbor country. she said she wanted to find the man of her life! the man god has preserved for her. i replied, "you're a million miles away from me. why don't you look for him around where you live?" then she said her dad had a bank account in europe that had 7.5 million dollars. she said her dad had introduced her to the bankas the next kin, sth like that, meaning the money is hers now. but she saidshe can't access it because of some crazy law that doesn't let refugees have money, meaning they don't have the right to own money, sth like that. she said she wanted to transfer the money to my account and fly over to my country and meet with me. she told me to call her and tell her my Full name, Home address, Mobile phone number, Nationality, Age and Occupation.
is she trying to fool me and rob me or something? i've seen cases like this happen.
yeah, it looks like her letters are pre-written. i mean her letters are ready. she doesn't answer me based on the things i say in my emails. she just sends me a letter she's written before, maybe written for thousands of guys like me. lol.
