Is going on Alternative Media far better than Mainstream and Local Media in the U.S. of A.?
My reason is that the mainstream media in the U.S. of A., and some in the local media for that matter--I live in the metro Washington D.C. area, are so one-sidedly biased that I cannot stand to associate myself with them, even if I have good and not so good stories to share/tell. I'd rather go to people like Ben Swann and anyone else who do the kind of real journalism that he does to share whatever stories that I feel need sharing (good and bad).

So I ask again, is going on alternative media far better than mainstream and local media in the U.S. of A.?

Here's Ben Swann's websites:

http://www.youtube.com/user/BenSwannRealityCheck
https://www.facebook.com/BenSwannRealityCheck
https://www.facebook.com/BenSwannFullDisclosure
https://twitter.com/BenSwann_

P.S.: Ben Swann is the former producer and host of "Reality Check", a news segment that's part of WXIX Fox 19 in Cincinnati, OH. WXIX is controlled by Raycom Media, not News Corp., of which Fox News Channel and Fox Entertainment Group are under. Mr. Swann's work on "Reality Check" and the fact that News Corp. did not control him and his former company explains why Swann got so popular and why his current project is growing.
