Can a facebook profile just disappear?

They probably deactivated their account. When u deactivate ur acc on facebook, it is no longer active.

So people can't search ur name up, or find u under "friends"

Ur friend probably went under options on her facebook acc and clicked the "deactivate" button.

Maybe cuz she wanted to take a break off facebook, she was bored, or for some other reason. U can always reactivate ur acc so its no biggy.

My friends ALWAYS deactivate their accounts. Then, they reactivate them like a few days later.

If thats not the case, she could of blocked you? when u block someone, u cant add them, or look at their profile.

But since shes ur friend, thats probably not the case.
