Making a Page on Facebook?

i've got a few questions...

1. How do you make a page on facebook?
2. If you make the page, will it have your name on it?
3. Will your friends know that the page was made by me on facebook?
4. If it does show your name on it and your friends will know who made it, is there any way to make it not visible to your friends???

I know... i'm weird for not wanting my friends to like the page, but it's because if you know what kpop is... yeah, well i like kpop, and none of my other friends like it, and i think they probably don't even know what it is... but i want to make this kpop page on facebook, and i don't want my friends to see it and think i'm weird...
if you didn't get that, don't worry, it's just an explaination of why i'm asking those questions...
