Dont let your employer to be your friend, thats how they can see all the information. If facebook is your personal thing then keep it personal, dont get your work involved with it. OR what you can do is make an another profile and keep all work contacts in that. It mean one account for personal and another for business and VERY IMPORTANT don't get them mixed up. People you personaly at work should not get your perosnal account and vice versa. Smile
