It must be hard for you. I don't blame you for feeling angry. The best you can do is yes, stop looking at their social network sites since that will only bring you down and try spending time with those that value you. It may be difficult to just do that now since it's only been a few months since the breakup. It'll take a lot of time to heal but just do whatever you have to do to heal and make yourself feel better whether it be to cry or go do some kickboxing or go watch a movie or whatever. I don't know why you guys had to break up (other than there being a new girl) but I also don't think they'll last long, so I hope you can find stuff to help occupy your mind and recover In time, you'll wonder why you had to waste your energy over a dinky guy.
