He is your ex for a reason, move on. Guys hate clingy women and he obviously is pushing you away. I wouldnt give him a second thought. He might have not done it purposly to hurt your feelings he is obviously just more worried about what he wants to do and you arent included in his plans. His actions make it very clear. Leave it at that and dont become that crazy stalker girl.
