lol im not sure theyd actually tell you to shutup Tongue ...i work for bell/virgin, and i cant think of anything off the top of my head that you havnt already tried that might solve the problem. If you were my customer id call tech support for you, theyve heard it all! So dont be embarrassed to ask them "silly" questions. Im not sure what you mean when you say youve switched accounts, but have you tried deleting the facebook app from your phone, and then re-installing it? That might work too. Good luck with it Smile
