Am i thinking too much into it.?

On instagram, my ex little sister requested me and i have never talked to her before. She requested me a week ago and today I checked and she unfollowed me. I don't understand, i mean she requested me and liked my pictures, and all the sudden she unfollows me? why? I mean she took the time to follow me.
my ex after a fight we had he took me off instagram, but still follows me on twitter and hasn't unfriended me on Facebook. Why would he still follow me. I mean I'm glad he does, but I'm sure if he wanted to he would unfollow me right?so I'm guessing he still wants to see what I've been up to?
