Does Facebook Timeline or Newsfeed show when you log in?
I have a Facebook from college but rarely use it anymore. In fact I don't think I signed in for at least a year. A Facebook break has been good for me and I don't really miss it. I thought about deleting it but decided to keep it in case I ever want to go back to it.
So basically I have a profile that I just never use I don't want to get involved anytime soon, but I've also starting applying for other jobs. I want to log into my profile just to make sure it's "employer friendly" in case any employer asks to see my profile. But at the same time I don't want Timeline or Facebook in general to announce on my Newsfeed/Timeline I've signed on again. This sounds anti-social, but I don't want to start communicating on Facebook the one time I sign in because I don't intend to visit FB regularly. I think I remember that Messenger shows when you're online but I've already disabled that feature. Thanks for your help! Ads |
