Let's be honest, it is kind of creepy that she asked you to keep her a Facebook friend so she could watch your every move. I get it, Facebook is a place where we keep in contact with the people we love and care for, I think that's great. That being said, you're also entitled to your privacy..If you don't want her knowing every little detail about your life, I would suggest deleting her..If it makes you feel uncomfortable and watched, delete her. What's the worst that's going to come from the situation? You two are already no longer friends.

You could let her know that you would love to remain in contact but perhaps exchanging e-mails from an actual e-mail account?
