It's a profession I became aware of several years ago. They help you set goals and develop a plan for whatever you want to focus on--job, career, social life.

Stop beating yourself up for what you did in the past. Focus on your strengths and interests today. Volunteer work gets us out of ourselves and exposes us to new people and new possibilities. Good luck with your quest.
