Why does my best friend expects me to call her everyday?

Being friends for 9yrs can attack you to someone. I believe she loves you. She loves you to the point that she wants to be with you and talk to you at all times. I had a gf like that. She got mad when I helped other girls with their homework, which I was the professional tutor at our college and thats what they paid me to do. She just didnt want me to do anything or go anywhere without her. she even made me drop friends that I had to be with her. But if I were you, I would call her up one day and ask her to meet you somewhere so you can both talk face to face. I would hate to see your long friendship go to waste over something not serious.
