Create a niche Twitter account.
Search in google for ``Followerwonk``
Log in with Twitter
Go to the `search Twitter BIOs` tab
Type in your keywords (that are relevant to what you are promoting)
You will get a list of popular Twitter accounts with lots of followers.
Check out the most popular account,click `Followers` and start following the people who follow this account.Some of them will followback.Unfollow those who don`t followback.
