How do I convince my parents to give me some freedom?

Please someone tell me, how do I convince my parents?
I am a teenager & I need freedom.
I just hate I when my mom & dad check my facebook account, check my WhatsApp, line, WeChat, twitter, read my dairy, check my cupboard, drawers, bag, purse, locker & spy on me whenever I surf the net, talk/chat with someone. When my friends call, or I call my friends, they ask me whatever we talked! They keep having doubts on me that I have a boyfriend or I watch p-o-r-n or do something bad! Well, the truth is, I'm not interested in any of those things! How do I tell them that I need some freedom, I can't share each of my own thoughts with them every-time, there are some things which I really can't share with them! I can't show them what I chat with my friends (girls only)! I also sometimes want to hide things, well, I'm not cheating at them, but I want my own space! I also wanna know, when I'm surfing & if my mom suddenly enters, how should I hide it?
