Can Social Media HELP Chronic Depression?
Hey everyone. I'm writing a research paper for my college writing class, and I need an "expert" opinion, preferably from a professional on the matter. My report is on how social media, when used correctly, can in many cases help those with depression. I need an opinion from those that support my argument that it does.

Q. Do you think that social media can help chronic depression?

Q, Do you think that the social media must be used in limited amounts when you have a case of depression?

Q. Is it healthy for someone with depression to meet friends with their same problem on the social media, converse, and build a relationship with them?

**After answering, if you could leave any credentials, it would really help. Anything such as where you work, where you went to college, how long you've been in the field etc. Thanks!

Thank you guys so much, I really appreciate it!
