New Facebook Privacy Settings??? Help!?

I have just deleted my account and am trying to make a new one but the privacy settings have changed! On my old account if someone outside of my friends list looked at my profile all they saw was my name, profile picture and an option to add me as a friend or send a message.

I've been on the 'privacy settings' page and can't seem to figure it out. Now everyone who looks for me can see all of my photos, wall post and friends list. How do I hide all of this?
