You have to completely get over her, otherwise the hot and cold patches will just become a routine. Why be in a relationship with some much stress/secrecy/ unhappiness. I know it'll be hard seeing as she's your first love but they're will always be more women. Always. You need to block her on fb, delete cell phone numbers, rip up the photos, and give away the gifts. You need to completely take her out of your life. You guys broke up before, what say that it won't happen again. She's your ex for a reason, don't ever forget that. Good luck man
