How do I get my password back?

I reinstalled my windows and Google Chrome remembered my password for Flickr. But now it doesn't and I've tried every possible password I could think of but I can't login. I even checked the saved passwords and the Flickr one isn't there. I try resetting my password by using my Gmail recovery email but I don't get an e-mail.
I didn't set a phone number either. I don't get why I'm not getting that email since I only have two accounts and both of them didn't get a single email from Flickr.
Any help would be awesome. I really need this account since it has all my photos.
