To trade stocks on your own account ,you must be over the age of majority (18 ) , when you become personably liable for any debts.

Under 18 , stocks can be traded for you by a parent or guardian.

To start trading stocks, you need to open an account and deposit funds with an execution-only broker, who will only act when given instructions. Before you do that, make sure you have a comprehensive understanding of the stock market and company fundamentals through diligent research.
