That's weird.. I've posted about a million youtube videos to facebook over the years, and never had a problem. But I didn't download them first, and then upload them, I just used the URL...so maybe that's the difference. You're not supposed to download youtube videos (I mean, I do it all the time with the torch browser, but I NEVER try to upload them anywhere else). I think that might be the part that breaks the copyright laws. So try just using the URL and see how that works.
